The Moscow Medical Professional and Career Technical Center — a regional healthcare education facility created from an existing district-owned building, serving students across Latah County.
When the District Office relocates to Russell School, its current building at 650 N Cleveland becomes Future MMPACT — a healthcare and career technical education center. Because the building is already well-suited to clinical instruction, minimal renovation is needed to get it operational. The vision is a regional center that serves students from throughout Latah County, not just Moscow.
Future MMPACT is designed to give students direct pathways into healthcare careers — with industry-recognized certifications that open doors right out of high school or into post-secondary programs.
The current District Office at 650 N Cleveland is already conducive to healthcare instruction — its layout, room sizes, and existing infrastructure make it well-suited for clinical simulation, skills labs, and classroom instruction without a ground-up renovation.
By repurposing a building the district already owns, Future MMPACT avoids land acquisition costs and gets operational faster than a new-construction center would.

Future MMPACT is made possible by the sequence of moves in Future Moscow. The District Office moves to Russell School in January 2028, vacating 650 N Cleveland. Renovation of the building into MMPACT runs January through August 2028, with the center opening for the 2028–2029 school year.

The estimated average annual cost to the taxpayer on the proposed levy is a tax of $280 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value, per year, based on current conditions.
The proposed levy would be assessed for 7 years.
