Future Moscow includes significant changes to career and technical education pathways across the district. Here is what the plan proposes for each area.
The Moscow Medical Professional and Career Technical Center (MMPACT) is a regional healthcare and career education center created from the existing District Office building at 650 N Cleveland Street. Because that building is already well suited to healthcare instruction and sized appropriately for clinical training, conversion requires minimal cost to the district. Once the District Office relocates to Russell School, MMPACT can open quickly.
MMPACT is designed to serve not just Moscow students but students across all of Latah County — a regional resource supported by potential partnerships with the University of Idaho, Lewis-Clark State College, Gritman Medical Center, and regional healthcare providers.
New construction and renovation on the Future High School campus create two distinct but connected spaces that support and expand Agricultural Education into two connected pathways, giving students hands-on experience in both biological sciences and technical trades — with FFA leadership development woven throughout.
Both pathways include leadership experiences through FFA, connecting students with regional, state, and national agricultural networks.
Future Moscow creates a dedicated space shared with Agricultural Mechanics on the Future High School campus, purpose-built to support the development of Construction Technology programs. The space is designed to allow trainings and certifications sponsored by Lewis-Clark State College and other providers to be hosted directly on campus — connecting students with workforce pathways to certifications, apprenticeships, and careers in the trades.
This project renovates existing space on the Future High School campus to create environments designed to foster, support, and strengthen existing and emerging business pathways. Moscow High School already offers strong programming — Future Moscow creates dedicated space for it to continue growing.

Future Moscow creates a dedicated space on the Future High School campus to allow for increased study in Culinary Arts and Family & Consumer Sciences (formerly known as Home Economics). This space supports current programming while keeping a long-term district goal in view: the development of a full-pathway Culinary Arts program with professional kitchen facilities and industry-recognized certifications.
Future Moscow supports students on traditional university-bound tracks through a unified secondary campus that reduces barriers and expands access to advanced learning.
The Future High School campus includes a new Performing Arts Center with 900 seats — a facility that doesn't just serve students but becomes a genuine community venue for Moscow. Today's performing arts programs operate in spaces not purpose-built for them; the new center gives drama, music, and community groups a home designed for what they do.
Future Moscow creates new and dedicated athletic and wellness spaces for both high school and middle school students on the unified secondary campus. These resources serve athletics and activities, but also physical education and health classes for all students. When not in conflict with school operations, these facilities will be made available to the community at no cost.

The estimated average annual cost to the taxpayer on the proposed levy is a tax of $280 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value, per year, based on current conditions.
The proposed levy would be assessed for 7 years.
